On Thursday 23rd June, two of rail engineering contractor RJ Power Group’s employees were upgraded from wearing blue hats to white hats, signalling the progress they have made during their time with us.
Michael and Owen were taken on a tour of the different sections of the rail engineering company’s projects by one of the rail divisions Senior Construction Managers, giving the pair an insight into operations around the business. Michael and Owen were asked about what they had learned since joining the high and low voltage installation specialist and also tested on personal track safety. Their blue work experience handbooks were checked and discussed in detail and the review section was signed by the Senior Construction Manager, underlining their progress with the company to date.
The day was a great success, both for RJ Power Group and the two trainees. As a result, Michael and Owen have swapped their blue hats for white hats. This a fantastic achievement for them both, and represents the completion of the first stage of their probation with the rail division of the company.
