SALARY Up to £35k based on qualifications held, skills and experience

Due to increasing workload within the division, RJ Power Rail is looking to recruit a Project Assistant to join our busy and successful team, working closely with the existing support team to support the delivery of projects in a safe, timely and high quality manner.

The role will be based in Sevenoaks with a proportion of home working available following a successful probation period, with ad-hoc travel to project sites as may be required.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced administrator who is keen to hit the ground running and work as a key team member in helping the smooth running of the Rail business and is able to be adaptable and flexible whilst taking time to learn and develop.

Job description

  • Support the project teams with a range of administrative support including procurement, purchase orders, organising deliveries and other general administration.
  • Assist Project teams with the development and administration of Site packs, Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets.
  • Assist Project teams with document control requirements associated with their projects.
  • Assist in the organisation of project related meetings, producing and issuing presentations, taking minutes and following up on actions.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in the compilation of performance review information as required.
