RJ Power Networks are looking for a Front of House Administrator to join their busy and friendly team based in Sevenoaks. With a primary responsibility for data entry and job raising on our finance system, the successful candidate will also enjoy a varied workload delivering a range of key administrative support to the business.

This will involve positively reflecting the RJ Power brand when greeting visitors to our office, accepting deliveries, organising meeting rooms and events and also supporting the RJ Power Group Asset, Facilities and Fleet Coordinator with a range of responsibilities including the raising of purchasing orders.

We are looking for applicants who are able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, high accuracy and attention to detail and can prioritise and organise their workload to reflect the variety of their duties.

Job description

Raising of new jobs on Evolution M, issuing acknowledgement letters to clients and filing relevant paperwork to inboxes and SharePoint.

Front of House duties, including but not limited to; meeting and greeting clients and suppliers, booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments, answering phones in a timely and professional manner, taking messages or transferring calls as appropriate and any other FOH duties as required.

Raising overhead purchase orders with the support of the Networks Administrator and Asset, Fleet and Facilities Coordinator

Basic housekeeping and facilities duties – maintaining and ordering of kitchen stock and cleaning materials, ensuring all required items are available and good stock levels are maintained.

Taking deliveries for goods, notifying the team when goods have arrived and updating the ‘Goods Received’ spreadsheet.

Maintaining Fire Extinguishers and ordering replacements when required.

Supporting with stock take and working with the Asset, Fleet and Facilities Coordinator to ensure the stores are maintained to a high standard.

Working closely across multiple departments to ensure smooth day to day running of the business.

Filing, scanning and archiving as required.

Data entry into a range of systems and spreadsheets.

Any other reasonable administrative and ad-hoc duties as requested by the Line Manager.
